Keep reading to learn more about this vintage getaway, rated 4.97 on Airbnb.

1. Original 1940s Circus Wagon

As per the superhosts’ description, the red wagon was purchased directly from circus people!

It was rejuvenated, but the original design was cultivated as much as possible. It’s good-sized (20m x 5m) and has a small veranda.

The wagon was originally created in the year 1940 by the Schumann company.

The paint and the wall writings support the ecstatic, circus vibe that the hosts set out to preserve.

2. Kid’s Wagon

In the same garden, there is a tiny wagon meant as children’s accommodation.

It’s adorned with old-school circus stickers, which are sure to delight your little ones.

3. Rustic Cottage

A hundred-year-old cottage stands in the middle of the property.

It’s surrounded by flowers and herbs, and highly stylized in the cozy, cottagecore fashion.

Because of the overall aesthetic of the cottage, the hosts note that it’s especially attractive to couples looking for a romantic getaway.

4. The Location

Wredenhagen is a 13th-century German town with many well-preserved medieval buildings. If you should want a change of scenery, it’s a lovely tour to keep in mind.

If you’d like to experience the country’s natural beauty, it takes 30 minutes by car to reach the Müritz National Park.

There you can hike, bike, or go on a canoe trip. It’s also where you can see the Müritz Lake – the largest lake in north-east Germany.

The vacation home itself is right next to a river, which makes for a lovely view.

5. The Accommodation

The accommodation is comfortably spacious and the recommended number of guests is four, though there is an extra bed for a baby.

Inside the cottage, the living quarters contain a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom.

The style of the interior could be characterized as retro, though vibrant and bold colors are present everywhere, in support of the circus theme.

Overall, the vacation home contains all the amenities you may need for a comfortable stay – a washer, a dryer, a stove, a toaster, a TV, books, etc.

Also, to look at the family-friendly aspect of it, there are both a crib and a playing crib, children’s toys, and even the electricity outlets are baby-proofed.

There’s stable wifi.

6. The Outdoors

I’d recommend visiting in the warmer seasons so that you can make the most of your stay.

The large backyard contains several sitting areas, an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit, and a hammock and it’s right by the river.

The entrance to the premises is concealed with lush greenery, shrubs, and trees, allowing for the guests’ privacy.
