Get Cozy with a Tour of Jennifer Garner’s Farm-Style Retreat!

Nestled behind lush hedges and stone walls, Jennifer Garner’s farm-style home is a warm and inviting sanctuary that blends classic elegance with modern comfort.

From serene outdoor spaces perfect for family gatherings to cozy interiors filled with natural light and character, every corner of this property reflects thoughtful design and laid-back luxury.

1. Exterior

This front path feels like the entrance to a fairy tale, guiding you through lush greenery toward a charming wooden door.

Stone walls and wood siding mix country charm with Hollywood polish. It’s the kind of place you’d expect birds to sing a welcome as you stroll up.

2. Backyard

This backyard looks like the perfect summer escape, with a shimmering pool just waiting for a cannonball splash.

The rustic charm of stone and wood on the house makes you feel like you’re at a chic countryside lodge, but with Hollywood flair.

Tall hedges keep things private so that Jennifer can swim laps or lounge without paparazzi peeking in.

3. Outdoor Area

This patio is like a secret outdoor living room, complete with a roaring fireplace and a mounted TV for cozy nights under the stars.

Soft seating and woven textures scream: “kick off your shoes and stay awhile.” Stacks of firewood and climbing greenery keep it charmingly rustic and totally California-cool. Jennifer says:

This is where we like to be. We turn heaters on, fire, blankets, cozy.

4. Living Room

This living room is big enough for a dance party but still feels warm and inviting, thanks to soft rugs and layered seating.

Giant steel-framed windows flood the space with light, and the grand piano hints at musical jam sessions. She says:

You know how you just imagine it and then someday you have a perfect moment where it actually comes true. Steve and Brooke Giannetti and I have worked together for a long time.

5. Living Room Furniture

Here’s the living room from another angle, showing off blue sofas that practically beg you to flop down for a movie marathon.

Leather chairs and a geometric rug keep things chic, while open shelving gives the space that “lived-in and loved” feeling.

Sunlight pouring in makes it feel like an endless summer inside. Jennifer says:

So this is the biggest room in the house, it’s the living room. And I wanted it to feel really expansive, so somebody could be playing Rummikub over there.

6. Kitchen

From this angle, the kitchen feels extra homey, with cozy blue chairs hugging a round table next to a roaring fireplace.

Pops of fresh flowers bring a happy burst of color amid the natural wood and clean lines. It’s basically the ideal spot for morning coffee and plotting out your Hollywood scripts.

7. Kitchen View

This kitchen says “come hang out” with its sunny vibes, wide-open layout, and an island perfect for pancake flipping.

Wooden beams overhead give it a rustic heartbeat, while sleek black countertops keep it modern.

And those massive glass doors? Total VIP access to poolside snacks. Jennifer says:

I cannot tell you how often I make something and I’m just feeding them as it comes off the stove ’cause I’m not very good at things coming out of the oven or off the stove at the same time.

8. Dining Room

It’s like a secret clubhouse for grown-ups in this dining room, with moody green walls and a stunning gallery of butterfly art.

A chunky wooden table promises epic dinner parties, while leather chairs and a throne-like seat add plenty of personality.

Those chic modern lights overhead are ready to spill secrets over a bottle of wine.

9. Bedroom

This bedroom rocks a cool, calm vibe with a navy bed that looks as cozy as a midnight sky. Blonde wood doors and soft rugs keep it feeling airy and relaxed, perfect for a movie star’s beauty sleep.

The simple artwork adds just enough personality without stealing the show. Jennifers states:

I knew I just wanted something that felt tight, compact. It was not a space that I needed a ton of room devoted to.

10. Bathroom

Sunlight floods this bathroom like it’s determined to make your morning magical, bouncing off the giant windows and vaulted ceiling beams.

The freestanding tub practically begs for bubbles, while marble walls and fresh plants keep things feeling spa-like.

This bathtub, I love being next to the window. I love the quiet. I love having a tree in my bathroom. I’m very lucky.

11. Library

Jennifer’s library is pure cozy vibes with deep navy shelves packed full of books, photos, and curiosities.

A plush sectional and fuzzy armchair make it the dreamiest reading nook ever. Even the walls seem to whisper, “Grab a novel and lose track of time.” She says:

When we were first envisioning the room, I said, “I know the couch I want but it’s a BDDW couch”. And this is it. And it’s comfortable and I just like the look of it.

It’s just pretty. This is everyone’s favorite place. You just don’t need some huge old screening room. We’re pretty happy just being right in here.

12. Slumber Room

This slumber room is a luxury camp cabin with built-in bunk beds perfect for sleepovers or surprise guests.

Soft lighting, layered textures, and a giant TV make it equally great for movie nights or midday naps. Jennifer says:

This is like a dream-come-true room for me. Because, I love to have kids over for a slumber party, but I’m also a stickler about sleep. Although, sometimes, there are kids, literally, everywhere.

I wanted built-in bunks, where kids could cozy up all in one together, which is usually what happens. Late at night you’ll see them all bent over something that they’re looking at together.
